Allied Irish Bank (AIB) is one of the largest commercial banks in Ireland. We were appointed to help realise their vision for a new working culture and a modern, vibrant workplace for 550 staff in their Dublin headquarters.
Investing in spaces
Moving to a new, more flexible space provided a great opportunity to inject some life and creativity into what was, at the time, a very corporate environment. By consulting staff directly through interviews, workshops and our Me + My Workplace survey we were able to understand what makes them tick.
